چکیده

BACKGROUND: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a common chronic condition characterized by pathological accumulation of droplets, which not associated with alcohol consumption. The main reason in the development complications and adverse outcomes fibrotic changes liver, leading to cirrhosis.
AIM: To determ informative value two-dimensional shear wave elastography hepatosis comparative analysis morphological ultrasound elastometric findings.
METHODS: study included 40 patients aged 3560 years. control group consisted 25 healthy people body mass index 2426. Among patients, F1, F2 F3 stages were detected 15 (37.5%), 20 (50%), 5 (12.5%) cases, respectively. diagnosis was based on clinical, laboratory, examinations conducted Mindray Consona N9 device using convex transducer at 2.03.5 MHz. In absence contraindications, all underwent puncture biopsy under navigation compliance aseptic antiseptic requirements.
RESULTS: At first (F1) stage hepatic fibrosis (n=15), elastometry averaged 5.4 (4.86.2) kPa, velocity 1.10.2 m/s. Histomorphological examination this revealed mild dystrophy, tissue having varying degrees dystrophic changes. second (F2) (n=20), mean values 6.9 (6.37.9) while increased 1.50.2 group, histological showed that moderate large dystrophy developed hepatocytes. (n=5), 8.3 (8.113.5) reached 1.70.2 case, hepatocytes focus surrounded cluster lipophages determined. Coincidence determined data specimen observed 36 (90%) hepatosis.
CONCLUSIONS: Comparison results parenchyma high correlation above examinations. If contraindicated, may serve as valuable diagnostic method clarify hepatosis.

Automatic Detection and Classification of Breast Tumors in Ultrasonic Images Using Texture and Morphological Features

Due to severe presence of speckle noise, poor image contrast and irregular lesion shape, it is challenging to build a fully automatic detection and classification system for breast ultrasonic images. In this paper, a novel and effective computer-aided method including generation of a region of interest (ROI), segmentation and classification of breast tumor is proposed without any manual interve...
